Ingredients
Ground Chickpea, Ground Sesame seed*, Sea Salt, Garlic*, Lemon Oil, Citric Acid. (*Organic)
ALLERGENS: SESAME SEED. Manufactured in a facility that also uses tree nuts, soy, and wheat.
Preparation
Add ⅔ cup (160 ml) of water for every ⅓ cup (50g) of hummus mix. Stir well until smooth. Allow hummus to thicken for 3 – 5 minutes. If a creamier hummus is desired, use hot water when mixing and top with olive oil before serving. Enjoy as a dip or sauce. Once hummus is mixed with water, store any leftover mix in the refrigerator.
