Description
This cheese powder is made from pure organic cheddar that has been dried and powdered for easy storage and instant solubility. You can easily incorporate the cheese powder into various dishes such as pasta, rice, beans, potatoes, eggs, vegetables, burritos, or any meal where you want to add cheesy goodness! We enjoy this cheese sauce with our Instant Pasta. This pure cheese contains no additives, fillers, or preservatives. Vegan, No Gluten.
Ingredients
Cheddar Cheese* (milk*, sea salt, cheese culture, vegetarian microbial enzymes), Sodium Phosphate, Silicon Dioxide (for anticaking)* (*Organic).
ALLERGENS: MILK (CHEESE). Manufactured in a facility that also uses tree nuts, soy, and wheat.
Preparation
Add 1 part hot water to 1 part cheese mix. Stir well and enjoy as a dip or sauce. Add 2 tbsp. of butter for every ¼ cup of dry cheese if a richer flavor is desired. Refrigerate any leftover cheese once the powder is mixed with water/liquids.
