Description
These instant organic spiced black bean flakes are fully cooked, spiced, dried, and flaked. They can be used to create a dip, as a filler for burritos, in scrambled eggs and soups, or added to rice dishes. To prepare the flakes, add an equal amount of beans to boiling water and let them rehydrate for 3 to 5 minutes. Black beans are prized for their folate and fiber content and are a good source of vegetarian protein. These beans are grown and produced in the USA. Vegan, No Gluten.

Preparation
Boil 1 cup of water for every 1 cup of beans. Bring water to a boil, stir in bean mix, turn off heat, keep covered and let stand 3 - 5 minutes.
